Since 1985, Tri-State Seminar, LLC (TSS) has been providing affordable, high-quality educational training opportunities to water and wastewater industry professionals across the United States. The technical sessions and workshops hosted at our annual three-day seminar are designed to provide continuing education, professional development, and technical advances to support the mission and vision of our Member Associations: AZ Water Association (AZ Water), California Water Environment Association (CWEA), and the Nevada Water Environment Association (NWEA).

2024 marks the 40-year anniversary of TSS, and in those 40 years, we have only missed one conference (2020). Despite our absence during the pandemic shutdown, Tri-State came back better than before and we continue to grow and evolve.

Our 2021 conference attendance rivaled pre-pandemic levels with over 2,800 attendees, and the 2022 conference attendance surpassed the 2019 attendance levels with over 3,500 attendees. Just when we thought we were at our peak, our 2023 conference attendance exploded to over 4,200 attendees! In 2023, we hosted over 230 technical sessions, 13 workshops, and 5 tours, with demands for more! For this reason, we have chosen “Viva Tri-State” as the theme for 2024 with the tag line “Don’t Gamble with Water”.
